Step 1: Pick Your Fabrics
Some clients like it soft, while others demand durability. Most have a price target, ranging from “value” to “luxury”.
Whatever your needs, your Design Concierge will be able to provide swatches of our most tried-and-true fabrics. Each has been sweat-tested by our panel of fitness professionals, and couch-tested right here at HQ.
Depending on the fabric composition, we can often finish it with treatments such as sublimation prints, foil, embossing, and acid wash to make it truly unique.

Step 2: Add Your Designs
Decorating performance fabrics requires a special expertise. Fortunately, we work with an artisan embellishment facility that takes the craft of decorating your garments to the highest level. Your artwork will stretch, stick, and avoid color migration for the life of your garments.
Best of all, they work with the most innovative print techniques available so you can let your creativity shine. To name a few:
- Water base
- Silicone
- Gel
- High density (3D)
- Neon
- Foil
- Reflective
- Glow-in-the-dark
Step 3: Add Your Branding
Finish your private label collection with a branded inside care label, outside hang tag, and recycled poly bag - all included in your wholesale price (upgrades available).
Inside care labels are screen printed. Alternatively, we can offer pad printing, starting at $25/plate and $0.20/print.
Hang tags are printed on double-sided 2” x 3.5” card stock with rounded corners, and are attached with a braided cord and safety pin.
Each item is packed in a recycled poly bag, ready for e-commerce. We can include custom stickers with your logo, internal SKUs, and barcodes.
Step 4: Approve Your Samples
Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll produce a physical pre-production sample (PP) for you to approve before proceeding into bulk production.
