We spend about a month developing your embellishments on your chosen fabric to ensure quality. This is a critically important step, and one that separates Tokalon from your alternatives.

1. Strike-Offs

We test each embellishment in several techniques to determine the best execution on your chosen fabric.

2. Heat Testing

Then we perform shrink testing to understand how much the heat from the embellishment process shrinks the fabric.

3. Pattern Adjustments

We then adjust the pattern accordingly so that the panel shrinks to just the right size before being sewn.

4. PP Sample

Finally, we make a pre-production sample (PP) to approve fit and artwork before proceeding to bulk production.
