 Step 1: CAD Sketch

The first step is to outline the basic silhouette, panel pieces, seam construction, and trims. Send us your inspiration sample and CAD sketch; or send a hand-drawn sketch (don't worry, it doesn't have to be a Rembrandt) and we'll create a CAD design for you.

Step 2: 2D Pattern

Our pattern maker will use the inspiration sample for fit measurements and transform the basic CAD sketch into workable pattern pieces. 

Step 3: 3D Prototype 

Our design team then creates a 3D prototype to expedite sampling rounds and ensure creative alignment before ever cutting bought fabric.

Step 4: Physical Sampling

Finally, it's time to cut fabric and wear test your first physical sample. Once fit is approved in your base sample size, we'll grade the final pattern across sizes and develop your official size set before proceeding into bulk production!
